Fruit Nutrients Comparer is a software tool aimed to build nutrition reports for a huge variety of fruits. It also builds comparison reports for the fruits of your choice.
Using this tool is as easy as picking some fruits from the list and clicking a button, this is all you need to get nutrition facts for over one hundred fruits.
Each nutrition report is split into sections for each type of nutrient: carbohydrates, minerals, vitamins… and each fruit report contains the data for 30 different nutrients.
Reports are easy to understand, each nutrient section contains a table with the raw data and a graph which makes it easier to compare.
Take a look at these sample reports built with this free tool:
- sample fruit report: persimmon nutrition facts
- sample comparison report: japanese persimmon compared to american persimmon.

great
This is amazing,love it. Thanks
I belong to Weight Watchers & your program is a wonderful tool. The one thing that would take it over the top as far as WW is concerned is adding info about Dietary Fiber. Fiber is one of the main items used to figure WW points. If you could add fiber it would be wonderful!!!!
Great app.I liked it, however I would like to see included a analysis of the carbs i.e. sugars, especially a fructose comparison.I follow Dr. Mercola online , and he recommends limiting fructose to as littlle as possible, maybe 15-25 grams per day max., less if you’re diabetic.
To be able to compare fructose amounts would help me decide what fruits to select and the amounts to eat.Sometimes the fructose amount can be less for one fruit even though the calories may be higher than another. It can be confusing ,but I’m diabetic and have to watch that blood sugar level.
Thank You.
Thanks. Very good idea. Could you also include calories? For those watching our weight it would be very helpful. Of course, Vegetables would also be great to feature as well.
Just what I,ve been looking for.
People nmorally pay me for this and you are giving it away!
Awesome, but I don’t do metric system — is there a conversion available? Thank you
Way to use the inetrnet to help people solve problems!
Great program! It would be very helpful to know approximately how many blueberries, raspberries, raisins, bananas etc. are in 100g.
When clicking your LIKE button it brings up a Clickjacking security warning from NoScript.

+1
Good, and I like this software.
I do not care for the fact that the percentages overlap. This makes it virtually impossible to determine an exact number.
It would be great if you had a chart for vegies also.
Good idea but it crashed twice, when trying to exit, on one of my Windows 7 laptops. I didn’t bother installing it on the second one.
Good struff! Got one for veggies?
1 gram = 0.0352739619 ounces
1 ounce = 28.3495231 grams
Great information however, I would like it to also tell me the benefits as well as the pros/cons of the particular fruit(s). I also would like to know possibly what ailments it can address and illnesses it can possibly reduce or eliminate.
Do you have same info for VEGETABLES ?
Thank you
I can’t even understand the charts. Is there a fruit that makes you smarter?
great data. just too spread out. make simpler smaller charts
Love the program. Need an app like it for my iPhone!
Is that cooking, hopefully?
